LOOP (SHORT 2022)
Loop is an experimental short film designed to provoke the feeling of anxiety to the viewers. The purpose of this film was to take on the challenge to present a feeling incredibly inward in a visual manner impacting enough that it is felt. Using low frequencies as part of the sound design, composing immersive music, applying color psychology, having a realistic performance, and detailed production design, we've been able to bring this multi-sensorial experience to life. We live in a world where mental health is over explained in social media yet there is so little that is genuinely understood. My goal as an artist and filmmaker is to cultivate empathy by giving people access to a feeling they have not experienced before; To educate and entertain.

Loop was shot in 5 locations around Puerto Rico in three 14-hr days.

Aside from writing and directing, Chloé was also the colorist, production designer, and sound designer.

All the wardrobe for Gia, the protagonist, is from Latinx brands, particularly from Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
